What coaching is
Coaching is a powerful tool that can help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations. During our coaching sessions, I will walk by your side and help you gain clarity on your challenges.
I will listen to you, ask questions, and inspire you to take responsibility for your decisions and actions.
Together, we will work towards your ultimate goal and help you reach your full potential.
What coaching is not
Coaching is not about receiving advice or suggestions from your coach. It is a distinct approach that is not considered therapy or counselling, although some techniques may be based on psychological principles.
If coaching is not the right fit for you, I will discuss with you alternative solutions to support your journey.
What will happen in a coaching session?
A coaching session is a personalized experience that is tailored to the client's needs. We use reliable and tested coaching tools, including NLP, to help clients achieve their goals.
At the start of each session, we review the previous session and the actions completed. Then, we set a goal for the current session and consider where the client is at the present moment. We explore options to meet the goal and agree on actions to take.
At the end of the session, we summarize the progress made and may assign exercises or 'homework' to continue the progress outside of the session.
How do I decide if coaching is what I need?
We will arrange an initial 20/30 minutes free Discovery Call, where we can get to know each other and discuss what you want to achieve.
At this stage, you do not have to decide anything, there is no pressure to work with me at all. I might not even be your best option and I will advise if this is the case during or after this session. I will also encourage you to think about possibly working together before committing.
If you decide to work with me, I will send you some questionnaires to complete at your own time.
